These Terms govern your use of latrouvaillellc.com and the e-commerce operations services provided by La Trouvaille LLC (doing business as La Trouvaille Tech, "we", "us", "our").
Services
We provide e-commerce operations services, including marketplace and website store management, listing creation, advertising management, customer service and fulfillment coordination. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for each client are set out in a written proposal or service agreement.
Client Accounts and Funds
Client stores and seller accounts remain registered in the client's own name. Sales proceeds are paid by the marketplace or payment platform directly to the client's own account. We do not hold, collect or transfer client sales proceeds. Clients pay us service fees as invoiced.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate product information and ensure products are legal, authentic and compliant with each platform's policies.
- Hold all rights needed for trademarks, images and content supplied to us.
- Pay invoices on time according to the agreed terms.
Fees and Payment
Fees are stated in the applicable proposal or agreement and are payable to La Trouvaille LLC. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable once services for the billing period have been performed.
No Guarantee of Results
We use commercially reasonable efforts to improve store performance, but sales results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific results.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid to us for those services in the three months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may end a service engagement as provided in the applicable agreement. On termination, we will remove our access to client accounts and return client materials on request.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
